3:15 pm - Arrive
3:30 pm - Load and Leave
5:30 pm - Arrive, use restroom and eat (VBPA will provide Pizza)
6:30 pm - Line up for entrance to stadium
7:00 pm - Warm Up in bleachers
7:30 pm - Game Begins
8:30 pm - Halftime Performance (approximate)
10:00 pm - Game Ends
10:30 pm - Load and Leave for home 12:40 pm - Arrive at Van Band Hall, put instruments and uniforms away, Go Home!
