5:45 pm - Arrive band hall
6:00 pm - Be in your chair dressed with band pants, band shirt, white calf length socks, white band shoes. Keep your band jacket on it's hanger inside your uniform bag. Hang from back of your chair
6:05 pm - Inside playing rehearsal
6:30 pm - Load instrument truck and buses
6:45 pm - Arrive at the stadium, line up in parade block next to bleachers. We will put uniform bags and equipment in the band bleachers
7:00 pm - March around the field and file into bleachers
7:20 pm - School Song
7:25 pm - Teams return to field, Star Spangled Banner
7:30 pm - Game Begins
8:30 pm - Halftime Performance (approximate time)
10:00 pm - Game Ends (approximate time). Load equipment on truck and load buses for return to the band hall
10:30 pm - Put all equipment away properly. You must check your uniform in with your section leader. You may leave when all equipment and uniforms have been put away.
