12:30 pm - Report to Band Hall
1:30 pm - Load and Leave
3:30 pm - Arrive Carthage High School - Use the Restroom, Get Dressed
4:30 pm - Line Up for Entrance to Warm Up Area
5:30 pm - Performance Time
5:45 pm - Return to Bus, Load Equipment
6:00 pm - VBPA will provide a meal
6:45 pm - Load and Leave for Home
8:45 pm - Arrive Van High School, Go Home!
