10:45 am – Back to Band Hall, Load Box Truck
11:20 am – Go to 1st Lunch
11:50 am – In Band Hall ready to Load and Leave
1:15 pm – Arrive Pine Tree Stadium - Use the Restroom, Get Dressed
2:10 pm - Line Up for Entrance to Warm Up Area
3:00 pm - Performance Time
3:30 pm - Return to Bus, put away instruments, stay in band shirt. We will return to
Stadium for the announcements
4:15 pm – Drum Major Retreat/Announce Finalists
5:00 pm – Back to the bus (Meal provided by VBPA)

7:00 pm – Watch 1A/2A Finals
8:15 pm – 4A Finals Begin
9:45 pm – Full Band Retreat/Awards
10:15 pm – Use the Restroom, Back to Bus for return
11:45 pm – Arrive Van High School, Go Home!

5:30 pm – You may go to the UIL shop
6:00 pm – Use the Restroom, Back to Bus for return
