Due to unforeseen circumstances the HS band will be marching in the Oil Festival Parade on Saturday, October 12, 2019. The students will need to be in the band hall by 8:30 am on Saturday morning and leaving the school in full uniform @ 9:15 am from the HS Band Hall. The Parade will begin @ 10:00 am at the administration building and conclude at the Exxon station on main street. It should not take longer than 30 min. from start to finish.
I realize again that this is last minute. It was not my intention to do the parade due to stress from games and contest; however, your young men and women are absolutely awesome!! I am indeed humbled to be apart of Van ISD.
