McLane Stadium, Waco, TX
7:15AM Call Time - Load box truck
7:30AM Leave for Stadium run-through. We will not return to the band hall afterwards
8:00AM Stadium run-through. Restroom, load truck
8:30AM Depart for Waco
11:30AM Arrive, use restroom.
11:45AM Lunch in parking lot (meal provided by VBPA)
12:30PM Get dressed and line up
1:00PM Warmup
1:45PM PERFORMANCE TIME
2:30PM Return to buses. Put away instruments and uniforms. Stay in band shirt
2:45PM Return to the stadium to watch the remaining bands. Stay together and be considerate
4:30PM Drum Major retreat/ announcement of finalists
5:00PM Back to bus for dinner (meal provided)
—If we march again in Finals—
Our time to get dressed, line up, and warm up depends on our performance order (random drawing)- Be prepared to move efficiently.
8:30PM Finals Begin
10:30PM Load and leave for home
1:15AM Return time (approximate). Put away equipment, go home!
—If we do not march again—
5:45PM Load and leave for home
9:30PM Return time (approximate). Put away equipment, go home!
***Single session tickets are $20 per session, double session tickets are $35.
