Friday, August 7th 5:20pm- Call Time. Be in your seat with your instrument at this time. 5:30pm- Load and leave for Stadium. 6:00pm- Performance begins 7:00pm- Event ends, buses return to band hall 7:10pm- Put your instrument away and leave! Have a great weekend! Dress for this event is your Band Shirt, Shorts (school appropriate), and Tennis Shoes.
