This game will be played @ Gerald Prim stadium in Sulphur Springs

4:40 pm - Loading crew loads box truck

5:00 pm - Call Time. White socks, white shoes, band shirt, band pants. Coat in bag,

5:05 pm - Leave

6:30 pm - Arrive and Line Up for Entrance

7:00 pm - Game Begins

8:00 pm - Halftime Performance

DINNER WILL BE PROVIDED BY VBPA DURING 3RD QUARTER

9:30 pm - Game Ends (approximate time)

10:00 pm - Load and Leave for Home.

• If you are leaving with a parent you will need to have them sign the check-out sheet by the box truck.

11:15 pm - Approximate return time, Put equipment away properly, Go Home! Have a great Thanksgiving Break!
