This schedule is for the HS Non-Varsity Band (Mrs. Pena's Band)

Thursday, April 16th

Bullard High School

4th Period (Regular Time) - Report to band hall

10:35 AM - Gather instruments and begin loading the box truck

11:00 AM - Pizza will be served

11:30 - 11:50 AM – load and get dressed (band shirt, uniform pants, long white socks, white marching shoes). Uniform jackets will stay in bags and be hung on the back of your chair.

12:00 PM - Depart for Bullard High School

1:00 PM - Arrive, restroom, finish getting dressed, line up

1:45 PM - Warm-up begins

2:15 PM - PERFORMANCE TIME

2:40 PM - SIGHT READING TIME

3:20 PM - Return to buses (parking lot). Load, stay in uniform for results and photos. After

photos, change out of uniform.

4:20 PM (Estimated) - Arrive back at Van HS.

DON’T FORGET:

- Band Shirt

- White Socks - the judges WILL be able to see these when you sit down

- Band Shoes
