Lobo Stadium

Longview, TX

You will need to eat lunch on your own

12:30pm- Call time. Meet in band hall. We will bus over to stadium for rehearsal

1:20pm- Return to band hall. Load truck. Put on uniform pants.

1:50pm- Depart for Lobo Stadium

3:10pm- Arrive at Lobo Stadium. Use the restroom

4:00pm- Put on rest of uniform. Line up for entrance to warm up area. 

5:10pm- Enter field

5:15pm- PERFORMANCE TIME

5:25pm- Return to bus. Stay in uniform for photos. 

• After changing, dinner will be provided by VBPA 

• Immediately after eating, you will be able to quickly return to the stadium entrance to purchase shirts, patches, etc. 

• Students checking out must do so with Mrs. Bates

6:45pm- Depart for Van

8:00pm- Return. Go home!
