3:15 pm - Call time

• Be in seat, wearing band pants, band shirt, white socks, and band shoes.

• Uniform jacket in bag hanging on back of chair

3:30 pm - Load and Leave

5:45 pm - Arrive, use restroom and eat (VBPA will provide Pizza)

6:30 pm - Line up for entrance to stadium

• Line up, single file, in score order (Flutes-->Clarinets-->Saxes, etc.)

7:00 pm - Warm Up in bleachers

7:30 pm - Game Begins

8:30 pm - Halftime Performance (approximate)

10:00 pm - Game Ends

10:30 pm - Load and Leave for home

12:40 am - Approximate arrive at Van Band Hall

• Put instruments and uniforms away properly

• Go Home!

If you are not returning with the band, your parent must sign you out at the buses with Mrs. Bates

With the late arrival time, please have your ride ready to pick you up at the band hall
