3:45 pm- Load and Leave for Dallas Carter

5:30 pm- Arrive at John Kincaide Stadium, use restroom

5:45 pm- Dinner provided by VBPA

6:30 pm- Line up by section to enter stadium

7:00 pm- Warm up in stands

7:30 pm- Game Begins

8:30 pm- Halftime Performance (approximate)

10:00 pm- Game Ends, Use the Restroom & Load Up to Leave

• If you are leaving with a parent, they MUST check out with Mrs. Bates by the band trailer

10:30 pm- Leave for Home

11:50pm- Arrive in Van

• Uniform pants MUST be sprayed and uniform checked in to uniform crew member before leaving
