NOTE: For this season, district games are scheduled to begin at 7:00PM. 

3:00 pm - Loading crew loads box truck

3:15 pm - Call Time. White socks, white shoes, band shirt, band pants. Coat in bag, hat in box.

3:30pm - Leave

5:45 pm - Arrive. Pizza provided by the VBPA.

6:20 pm - Line Up for Entrance to Stands

7:00 pm - Game Begins

8:00 pm - Halftime Performance

9:30 pm - Game Ends

10:00 pm - Load and Leave for Home.

• If you are leaving with a parent you will need to have them sign the check-out sheet by the box truck.

12:00 am - Arrive Van, Put equipment away properly, Go Home!
