4:15 pm- Loading crew loads trailer

4:30 pm- Pizza provided by the VBPA. If you are late the pizza may be gone.

4:50 pm- Call time. white socks, white shoes, band shirt, band pants.

5:00pm- Leave

6:30 pm- Arrive, restroom

6:45 pm- Line up for entry to stadium

7:30 pm- Game Begins

8:30 pm- Halftime Performance (approximate time)

10:00 pm- Game Ends (approximate time), load equipment and buses.

10:30 pm- Depart for home.

• If you are leaving with a parent you will need to have them sign the check-out sheet by the band trailer.

  
  

12:00 am- Arrive Van, Put equipment away properly, Go Home!
